Where did the idea for developing Extreme come from?
It was born during a trek through Nepal in 2004 taken by Dr. Ze’evi Maor, AHAVA VP of Product Development (who lives and works at the Dead Sea). In a remote region 4,500 meters above sea level, he noticed how extremely widespread skin problems were. Following discussions with local doctors in the Mustang Clinic in Nepal, raw ingredients from each of the regions were exchanged so each could experience other forms of treatment.
