Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time they are placed. Please be aware that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1:00pm on Friday or on a weekend will ship the following week. Warehouse is closed on all national holidays and orders will ship the following business day.
Every attempt will be made to ship UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight orders received before 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday on the same day they are placed. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will ship the following business day. UPS 2nd Day and Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays. FedEx SmartPost orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
We are only able to ship to P.O and APO addresses via the USPS Ground Shipping option. For other methods of shipping, please provide a physical address.
Orders being delivered to Canada ship USPS and typically arrive within 10-21 days. The cost for Canadian shipment is $24.95 USD regardless of order total. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and customs fees.

We will refund your credit card minus shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return items to AHAVA are the responsibility of the customer.
