Signing up is easy! Simply create an account. enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program and received 100 points. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

There are 2 ways you can use your points: 1. On the checkout page, you simply choose how many points you wish to use. 2. On the Luminous page where you can get a product out of the available options using points only, no $$ required! It is important to be logged into your store account in either case! Redeeming your points is an easy process! Simply visit the benefits program page, to see all of our great reward options. Point redemption can only be done on the payment page. Please make sure you are logged into your account, so that the benefits you have accumulated will be available.

For starters- each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or like us on Facebook. Access all the ways to earn on the rewards page.

Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

No, they won't! Make sure to use your points within 12 months since the moment you earned them.

Here's how you can use your points to redeem free products:

  • Redeem products: You can redeem your points for free products, starting with the first product, if you have more than 100 points. The subsequent products can be redeemed based on the number of points you have accumulated.
  • Login required: To redeem products, make sure you are logged in to your account. This ensures a seamless redemption process and allows us to credit the points back to your account.
  • Add full-priced item: In order to redeem, you need to have at least one full-priced item in your cart. This ensures that the redemption is tied to a qualifying purchase.
  • Gift inclusion: With each purchase, you have the opportunity to include one gift. Choose a gift that complements your selected product and make your shopping experience even more rewarding.
  • Double promotion: The coupon code used for redeeming your points can also be applied to carts that include a gift. This means you get to enjoy double promotion benefits, maximizing the value of your points.
