Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, for other simple actions (like submitting a review), or for their birthdays. These points can be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account. Enter your name, email, and password. It's free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.
1. Use them as AHAVA currency: add your skincare to your cart and proceed to checkout. Under the list of products you'll find your point balance and its equivalent in dollars. Use + or - to set the number of points and click "Apply $XX off". You can also apply another discount code in the field below.
2. Get exclusive products: exchange your points for a complimentary product in "Free for points" above. Once you click "Redeem", the product is added to your cart.
In both cases, add at least one full-priced item to your cart to redeem your points.
Each member gets a reward just for joining. Aside from purchases, you can add your birthday, leave a review, sign up to SMS, or follow us on social. See all the ways to earn above.
There isn't! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
No, they won't. Make sure to use your points within 12 months of earning them.
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive your points.
We took care of that for you. All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled and received their sign-up points. If you had more than one customer account, only one rewards account was created per person.
