Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, for other simple actions (like submitting a review), or for their birthdays. These points can be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account. Enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

In two ways.

1. Use them as AHAVA currency: Add your skincare to your cart and proceed to checkout. Under the list of the products you are about to purchase, you'll find your point balance and their equivalent in dollars. By clicking on + or -, specify the number of points you wish to use and click on the button 'Apply $XX off'. Note multiple advantages: To enjoy your rewards to the maximum, you are free to apply another discount code in the field under.

2. Get exclusive products: Another way to use your points is to exchange them for a complimentary product. Go to our rewards page and scroll almost all the way down, then simply choose one of our carefully selected bestselling formulas. Once you've clicked 'Redeem', your product will be added to your cart.

In both cases, add at least one full-priced item to your cart to redeem your points — this is an essential step to access your redemption option.

Each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or like us on Facebook. Learn all the ways to earn above on the rewards page.

There isn't! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

No, they won't. Make sure to use your points within 12 months since the moment you earned them.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive your points.

We took care of that for you - all customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program and received their sign-up points. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
