Official Rules – AHAVA Glow Kit Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by AHAVA Dead Sea Laboratories, 330 7th Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY, United States.

2. Eligibility

The AHAVA Glow Kit Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of AHAVA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on June 23 2025 at 00:00 Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 15, 2025 at 23:59 ET (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry form available through AHAVA’s Facebook or Instagram ad during the Entry Period. Entrants must provide a valid email address and phone number to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from AHAVA. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the AHAVA Glow Kit, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $237 USD. The contents of the Glow Kit are subject to availability and may be replaced with products of equal or greater value at the sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about July 16, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address submitted in the entry form. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and that emails from AHAVA are not blocked or sent to spam folders.

The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Delivery

Prize will be shipped via standard delivery to the confirmed address within 2–7 business days from confirmation. Shipping is only available within the U.S.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless AHAVA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
